Felicity is a British actress that gained notoriety for her role as Jane Hawking, the protagonist in The Theory of Everything. Jones is acting since the age of 12, and has appeared in a variety of plays TV shows and films. Her career began with The TV film The Treasure Seekers. Her next role was that on Ethel Hallow another television show that was titled The Worst Witch and its sequel Weirdsister College. She appeared as Young Ruth in her first film Flashbacks of a Fool and later on, she starred in numerous films. Her acting made her famous for roles in movies like The Invisible Woman, and The Amazing Spider-Man. It was however her character on The Theory of Everything' which earned her the Oscar nomination for the very first time. Jones was praised by all sides, including critics and viewers as she played Hawking's ex-wife as she appeared in the Stephen Hawking biopic. Inferno the film, which was a Tom Hanks thriller was her subsequent film. In the year 2016 In 2016, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles announced Jones as the British Artist of The Year for her contributions and talents to the cinema.
