Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He serves as a director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the future generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online articles and a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne was married to Leslie. The couple has three children.
